Kristo Erikson

Kristo Erikson serves as a Member of the Board and Medical Director at North Estonia Medical Centre and also leads the Centre of Intensive Care. Prior to this, Kristo Erikson was a Doctoral Student at University of Oulu Graduate School, completing a doctoral thesis by March 2022. Experience in intensive care includes a role as an Intensive Care Physician at Oulu University Hospital from October 2010 to May 2018 and earlier as a Resident Doctor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Surgery, and Intensive Care from August 2004 to September 2010. Education in medicine was completed at The Faculty of Medicine of University of Tartu, where studies took place from September 1997 to June 2003.
