Keisha Thompson

Keisha Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keisha began their career as a Mortgage Underwriter/Loan Originator at PRC FOR AARP in 2006 and worked there until 2009. In this role, Keisha evaluated mortgage loan workout plans for customers and verified their eligibility for assistance. Keisha then joined Monitronics International as an Emergency Dispatch Operator from 2009 to 2011, where they dispatched emergency alarm signals and provided technical support to customers.

From 2011 to 2012, Keisha worked as a Loan Representative at Capital One Auto Finance. Keisha'sresponsibilities included assisting customers with modifying or surrendering their auto loans and vehicles. Then, from 2012 to 2013, they served as a Benefits Specialist at BerylHealth, a Stericycle Communication Solutions Company, answering questions from providers and members about benefits and eligibility.

In 2013, Keisha joined Ally Financial Inc. as a Processor. Keisha reviewed and audited new contracts for compliance, ensuring high levels of accuracy. After that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Dispatcher at thyssenkrupp Elevator, where they coordinated the dispatch of elevator repair and maintenance crews.

Keisha's most recent role has been at Regional Acceptance Corporation, where they started in 2019 as a Loan Administrator II. In this position, they ensure the accurate and timely funding of dealer contract packages, eliminates fraud through verification, and provides training and assistance to Loan Processor I associate.

Keisha Thompson completed their high school education at David W Carter High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a high school diploma. Keisha then pursued higher education at Collin College from 2021 to 2024, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
