Rachel Bakaitis MBA is currently the Vice President of Quality at Regional Care Group. Prior to this, Rachel held positions such as Office Manager at TMB Systems Limited, Quality Assurance Analyst at Franciscan Alliance, Inc., and Data Management Specialist at HFR. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, Rachel has a strong background in quality assurance and project management.
