Danielle Crowe

Danielle Crowe is an experienced professional in employee relations and labour relations, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at the Regional District of Nanaimo since October 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle held the position of Employee Relations Manager at BC Ferries from September 2022 to October 2024, and before that, worked at the BC Public Service from June 2012 to September 2022 as a Senior Labour Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist. Danielle's earlier experience includes a role as a Finance & Administration Analyst at the Ministry of Health, a Claims Adjuster at Intact Financial Corporation, and serving as General Manager at McDonald's Corporation. Danielle holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Camosun College, completed between 2008 and 2011.
