Includes 7 Electoral Areas and the City of Nanaimo, District Municipality of Lantzville, City of Parksville and the Town of Qualicum Beach. We provide regional services such as Transit, Recreation and Parks, Liquid and Solid Waste management, Water supply, Drinking Water and Watershed Protection and Planning.
