Michele McKeon

Michele McKeon is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Regional Economic Community Action Program. Michele also holds the title of Adjunct Professor at Mount St. Mary's College. Regional Economic Community Action Program

RECAP is a private not for profit established in 1965 and is the designated anti-poverty agency in Orange County, New York. RECAP has been serving Orange County’s most vulnerable residents since 1965. We work with our community’s most vulnerable populations including seniors, children, veterans, the homeless and the hungry, those living with HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, people battling substance use disorder and anyone struggling to make ends meet.
