Dianne Chiles

Dianne Chiles has over three decades of experience in human resources, specializing in total rewards, employee relations, and benefits management. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at Regional Management Corp. since December 2014, Dianne previously held various HR roles at Bi-Lo Holdings and BI-LO, LLC, where responsibilities included providing HR support and managing benefits. Earlier career positions include Compensation and Benefits Manager at Professional Rehabilitation and Employee Relations Coordinator for the County of Greenville. Dianne Chiles is an alumna of Furman University and Greenville Technical College.
