Casi Kroutter

Casi Kroutter is a dedicated medical laboratory technologist with extensive experience in both medical and customer service fields. Since January 2017, Casi has been employed at Regional Medical Laboratory, where essential skills in laboratory operations have been honed. Prior to this role, Casi worked as a merchandiser at Cycle Gear from November 2009 to December 2016, managing inventory and driving sales. Casi also held a position as a sales leader at Bath and Bodyworks, focusing on team leadership and sales achievement from January 2007 to January 2009. Additionally, Casi briefly served as a customer service representative at Platinum Air in 2008, where responsibilities included customer assistance and administrative duties until the company's closure. Casi's academic background includes an Associate of Science degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and a dental assistant certificate from Green Country School of Dental Assisting.
