April Vanderslik

April Vanderslik has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. April started their career as a Registered Nurse at Bronson Healthcare in 2006, where they worked until 2009. April then became a Coordinator at the same organization from 2009 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Manager at Borgess Health from 2014 to 2015. April then joined Froedtert Health as a Director in 2015 and stayed until 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Infection Prevention and Vascular Access Services at Regional One Health, a position they have held since September 2017.

April Vanderslik earned their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. April obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2020, Registered Nurse certification from the Tennessee Department of Health in September 2018, and Certified in Infection Control (CIC) from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. in December 2012. April also holds licenses as a Registered Nurse from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services and a Compact Nursing License from the Tennessee Department of Health. Additionally, they have a Wisconsin Nursing License from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
