Terri Reed is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Manager of Paratransit Operations at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada since November 2021. Previously, Terri Reed held various managerial roles at First Transit from April 2007, including General Manager and Operations Manager. Additionally, Terri Reed served as the Specialized Services Manager at Veolia Transportation from 2005 to 2007, and held the positions of Safety Systems Manager and Assistant General Manager at ATC Transportation from 2001 to 2005. Early in the career, Terri Reed was the Assistant General Manager at ATC Intelitran from 2000 to 2001. Terri Reed has also completed the Eller Executive Education Business Leadership Competencies Program at the University of Arizona and has attended the College of Southern Nevada.
