Melissa McDowell

Melissa McDowell, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Training and Development at RTD, a position held since June 2022. In addition to this role, Melissa McDowell operates as a Dissertation Editor through Melissa McDowell, LLC, starting in February 2019. Prior experience includes various leadership and training positions at Walden University, where Melissa McDowell worked from January 2010 to February 2019, ultimately serving as Associate Director of Leadership Development. Previous roles also encompass Senior Instructional Designer at Seton Hall University and Instructional Specialist at Technology Training Solutions, among others. Melissa McDowell holds a PhD in Management/Leadership & Organizational Change from Walden University, an MPhil in the same field, a Master’s Degree in Technology in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tuskegee University.
