Previously, Sangman Yoon held various managerial positions at First Transit from January 2008 to November 2023, including Fleet Maintenance Manager, Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Fleet Manager. Sangman Yoon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Ulsan, where studies were completed from 1996 to 1998.
