Josh Reilly

Josh Reilly is the current Director at REGIONAL YMCA OF WESTERN CONNECTICUT INC. Prior to this, they were with People's United Bank, N.A. from October 2006 to September 2015 where they worked their way up from Vice President, Sr. Market Manager.

As a new business development officer for business banking in the greater Danbury business market, Reilly was responsible for lending, deposit relationships, and identifying additional needs to cross sell for growth. Josh made 20-40 outbound calls per week to existing customers, warm leads and new leads, averaging 6 appointments per week.

Reilly is licensed and certified to originate residential mortgages, write life insurance, and sell securities. Josh has experience in designing and performing product presentations for corporate and personal clients to increase market deposit growth, as well as creating promotions for launching new products to niche markets. Josh has also planned community events to make new contacts and introduce the brand.

In addition to new business development, Reilly also facilitated training for company salespeople on needs based selling techniques and effective networking. Josh was also responsible for managing and motivating sales teams to meet extensive variety of financial product sales goals. As a coach to newer branch managers, they helped them build their businesses, manage their branches, motivate their teams, and develop their skills.

Reilly has implemented a strategy to "remove silos" between bank divisions by holding quarterly Customer Relationship Meetings that bring together their reports and our product partners from

Josh Reilly has a MBA in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the same school. Josh is FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensed and has a certification from the state of Connecticut in Life Insurance.
