Alma Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Development at Regions Financial Corporation since November 2013. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, as well as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, contributing to a strong background in talent development and executive coaching. Alma holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Springfield College and multiple degrees in Psychology from William & Mary, complemented by a certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graduate School of Banking.
