Leslie Amidon

Leslie "Les" Amidon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources technology, learning and development, and instructional design. Currently serving as a VP at Regions Bank since 2008, Les has held various leadership roles focusing on HR technology and enablement. Prior roles include Senior Learning Architect at Informs, Inc. and Chief Operations Officer at Broken Wing Flying, Inc. Additionally, Les has a distinguished military career with the United States Air Force, culminating in retirement after 20 years, during which time significant achievements in instructional design and curriculum development were accomplished. Les holds an Ed.D. (ABD) in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Law from Alabama State University, a Master's in Human Resources Management from Troy University, and a Bachelor's in Business and Law from William Carey University, complemented by a wealth of professional training and military education.
