Michael Branca

Michael Branca is an experienced executive in the financial services sector with over 20 years of expertise in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as EVP and Head of Corporate Services at Regions Bank since June 2021, Michael Branca oversees critical functions that enhance the employee work environment. Prior to this role, Michael Branca held the position of EVP and Head of Total Rewards at Wells Fargo from November 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading compensation, benefits, and performance management initiatives.
