Dikshya Parajuli

Dikshya Parajuli is currently serving as the Quality and Improvement Manager at Regis Aged Care since July 2024 and is also a PhD candidate at Griffith University. Previously, Dikshya held the position of Quality and Education Manager at Catholic Healthcare from May 2021 to July 2024, and was the Centre Manager and Care Manager at The Salvation Army Aged Care from June 2020 to June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse and Assistant in Nursing at Bupa from October 2017 to June 2020, and as a Nursing Instructor and Clinical Facilitator at Kathmandu University and Vinayak College of Health Sciences between December 2013 and January 2017. Dikshya holds a Master’s degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kathmandu University, along with a range of relevant academic credentials in health sciences.
