Matthew Bell

Matthew Bell is a seasoned professional in workforce planning and operations management, currently serving as the National Workforce Planning Manager at Regis Aged Care since October 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Head of Rostering and Workforce Planning at Estia Health from August 2020 to October 2023. Matthew's extensive experience also includes a role as National Workforce Planning Manager for Distribution Centres at Coles Group Ltd from January 2015 to July 2020 and Manager of Operations Delivery at Jetstar Airways from January 2000 to December 2014. Academic achievements include a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney.
