Dr. Heather Maietta

Dr. Heather Maietta is a seasoned educator and career development professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Career Certification Instructor at Career In Progress and an International Career Coaching Certificate Instructor for the National Career Development Association, Dr. Maietta coaches professionals in career services, offering guidance to career coaches and mid to senior-level professionals navigating career transitions. In academia, Dr. Maietta holds positions as a Professor and Associate Professor at Regis College, where responsibilities include chairing the NECHE Governance planning committee and advising dissertations. Additional roles include Curriculum and Content Specialist at Commonwealth Corporation and Senior Consultant at Transition Solutions, as well as a history of leadership in career services at Merrimack College and Nichols College. Dr. Maietta has a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Central Michigan University and has developed curriculum for students aged 14-22 while also contributing to a variety of educational programs.
