Kayla Huesman

Kayla Huesman is an experienced nursing and healthcare education professional, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Faculty at Regis College since January 2024. Previously, Kayla has held the position of Nursing Program Director at McLean Hospital since February 2021, and served as Director of Nursing at Banyan Treatment Center for a brief period in late 2020. Prior to these roles, Kayla spent nearly a decade at The Brattleboro Retreat, where duties included Manager of Clinical Education, Clinical Educator, and Charge Nurse. Academic credentials include a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Franklin Pierce University, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from White Mountains Community College.
