Staci Shea

Staci Shea has extensive experience in institutional advancement, currently serving as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Regis College since April 2018, with previous roles including Associate Vice President and Director of Leadership Giving. Prior to Regis College, Staci held the position of Director of the Emmanuel Fund at Emmanuel College from August 2014 to April 2018. Staci's career also includes positions at Northeastern University as a Development Officer and Associate Director of The Northeastern Fund, and as Assistant Director for the Annual Fund and Reunion Giving at MIT Sloan School of Management. Staci began the professional journey at Suffolk University and the New England College of Optometry, and started as a Development Assistant at the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. Staci holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College.
