Nick Gould

Nick Gould is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the real estate and housing sectors, with extensive experience as the Founder and Executive Chairman of Regis Group Plc and Regisport Limited since 1984. Gould has been instrumental in launching several successful ventures, including Haven Capital and Sage Housing, both founded in 2017. As a visionary, Gould recognized the undervaluation of Single Family Housing in the US, leading to the founding of Invitation Homes in 2011, which tapped into a gap in institutional investment. Additional leadership roles include Founder & Company Secretary of R4 Capital, which focuses on affordable housing syndication, and Chairman of CAS Capital.
