Krystal Pafundi is an experienced professional in the hair and beauty industry, currently serving as Franchise Operations Manager and Senior District Manager at Regis Corporation, overseeing Smartstyle brand salons and previously managing Supercuts brand locations. With a strong foundation as a Salon Manager, Krystal has led teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure clients feel confident and beautiful. In addition to salon management, Krystal has experience as a Stylist at Supercuts and as a Franchise Business Consultant.
