Paula Motzko

Paula Motzko possesses extensive experience in product sales and operations management, currently serving as the AVP of Franchise Product Sales at Regis Corporation since 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the expansion of Franchise Product Sales and managing significant sales operations across over 5,000 salons. Previously, Paula held the role of Director of Franchise Product Sales at Regis, managing a team and product sales for over 2,600 franchise salons in North America. Paula's earlier roles at Regis include Director of Store Operations for Trade Secret, where oversight included more than 225 locations, and Senior Merchandise Manager, managing purchasing for a large service business. Additional experience includes key positions at Rainforest Cafe, Wilsons Leather, CVN Companies, and Target, contributing to business growth and operational efficiency. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
