Janet Gibson

Janet Gibson has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Manager at IBM in 1992. Janet progressed to roles at Diageo, where they managed organizational design, restructuring, talent development, and employee engagement, before moving to the Student Loans Company as a Senior People and Talent Partner. In their current role as Head of Human Resources at Registers of Scotland, Janet focuses on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR services.

Janet Gibson attended Bearsden Academy for their secondary education. Janet then went on to the University of Strathclyde where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Marketing & Psychology. After that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma with distinction in HR Management at Glasgow Caledonian University.
