Makarand Dande

Makarand Dande has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, holding key leadership positions in multiple organizations. As Managing Director of Rego-Fix India Pvt Ltd from March 2019 to June 2023, Makarand played a crucial role in establishing the Indian subsidiary of REGO-FIX AG Switzerland, a global leader in advanced tool clamping. Prior to that, Makarand was the Founder and Managing Director of Haimer India Pvt Ltd from July 2007 to July 2018, overseeing its operations as a wholly owned subsidiary of Haimer GmbH. Makarand's career also includes a significant tenure as a Senior Manager and founding member at LMT FETTE INDIA PVT LTD, where contributions led to the establishment of the LMT Fette brand from December 2000 to June 2007. Earlier experience includes managing sales activities for Dagger Forst Tools Ltd. as an Engineer Sales and Application from February 1992 to December 2000, with responsibilities across India for gear cutting tools and broaches.
