Beginning in 1997, Paul worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. Later, they served as a Web Architect at Dataquick from 2001 to 2004, followed by roles as Director of Technology at Silison Space and VP of Technology at Silicon Space LLC.

From 2007 to 2010, Paul worked as the Chief Solutions Architect at ICW Group, where they were responsible for enterprise architecture and software development. Paul then became the Director of Implementation Services at ISCS from 2011 to 2012.
