Lauren Xuan

Lauren Xuan has a diverse work experience in the field of public affairs and communications. Lauren is currently the Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Regor Therapeutics Group. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate Communications for ASML China, where they led the corporate communication strategy and initiatives. Lauren has also worked as the National Vice Chair of the Research and Development Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, co-chairing the R&D working group and playing a key role in policy interpretation and organizing conferences. Lauren has held leadership positions in companies like Philips Greater China Innovation Hub, Baxter International Inc., and GE China, where they led communications teams and shaped corporate reputation through strategic campaigns and messaging. Their expertise also includes digital media, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. Lauren's work experience spans over 15 years, making their a seasoned professional in the field.

Lauren Xuan holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Communications from Renmin University of China. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Diplomacy at China Foreign Affairs University.
