Lindsay Litowitz Souza

Lindsay Litowitz Souza has a diverse work experience. Lindsay started their career at the Irving Park YMCA as a Membership Service Representative, where they provided efficient customer service and won awards for graphic design and giving facility tours. Lindsay then worked as an Assistant Manager at Colette Salon & Spa and as a Graduate Assistant for Student Activities at Holy Names University. Following that, Lindsay joined Johnson & Wales University as an ACUHO-I Intern, where they assisted Residence Life and provided support for LGBTQ Allies training. Lindsay then returned to Holy Names University as a Career Advisor, advising students on their career paths and facilitating events. Lindsay also worked as an Exam Proctor for Disability Support Services at Holy Names University. Lindsay had positions for each school year as part of a summer internship program. After that, Lindsay worked as a Volunteer Youth Outreach Counselor at the Rainbow Community Center of Contra Costa, where they developed lesson plans and facilitated groups for LGBTQ and allied youth. Lindsay then joined the Contra Costa Community College District as an Admissions & Records Assistant and Diablo Valley College as a Student Activities Coordinator. Lindsay subsequently worked at Robert Half as a Preplacement Coordinator, and currently, they are with Regpack, where they have held the roles of System Advisor and Training Team Lead.

Lindsay Litowitz Souza completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication & Rhetoric, Sociology, and Studio Arts at the University of Pittsburgh from 2007 to 2010. Lindsay then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of San Francisco, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Lindsay participated in the Public Allies AmeriCorps program, although specific years and details regarding their degree and field of study during this time are unknown.
