Olga Oshchepkova

Olga joined the RosExpert team in 2018 as a partner of the Industry practice. The industry focus of her work is infrastructure projects, logistics and transport, the financial services sector, as well as medicine and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining RosExpert, Olga was a partner of the international consulting company Zoom Executive Search / Boyden, where she developed the practice of Medicine and Pharmaceuticals (Life Science), led projects in the financial sector, as well as logistics and infrastructure. Olga came to consulting related to the formation of management teams from business, where she built her career in the banking and investment sectors, and in the last 10 years she headed the investment company Sovlink, one of the market leaders. Olga has her own entrepreneurial experience, which allows her to delicately feel the needs of clients and find non-standard management solutions.

Olga is a professional coach. In 2019, she completed a certification course in coaching at the Erickson Coaching International, and successfully completed the Psychology program at the University of California (Irvine, USA).

She is currently studying at the Higher School of Economics under the Master's program Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting.

Graduated from Moscow State University. Lomonosov, majoring in economics.
