Dmitry Vovk

Dmitry Vovk is the Managing Partner and Head of the Board of Directors Practice.

He joined RosExpert in 2016 and headed the Practice for Working with Boards of Directors, aimed at improving the efficiency of corporate governance of Russian and international companies. The Board of Directors practice specializes in attracting Board Chairs, Independent Directors and CEOs, forming advisory councils, as well as succession planning and board performance evaluation.

For more than 20 years Vovk worked on the Boards of Directors of Russian and international companies, including the leadership of supervisory boards and committees in an industrial holding with energy assets and a banking and financial consortium.
