Meredith Delich

Meredith Delich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Meredith is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Regrow Ag since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Google for a decade, holding multiple positions. This includes serving as the Senior Manager of Google.org from June 2021 to January 2023, where they led strategic initiatives for Google's employee giving program. Meredith also worked as the Program Lead for Google for Nonprofits from May 2017 to June 2021, overseeing the delivery of Google products and resources to over 380K nonprofits globally. Additionally, they served as the Strategy & Operations lead in Accounting & Finance from September 2013 to May 2017, leading various projects and launching a Finance-wide automation program. Before their time at Google, Meredith worked at Monitor 360 (now known as Protagonist) as a Manager, where they helped develop a new analytic offering. Meredith also served as the Manager of the Applications Group at Global Footprint Network, where they led project teams and presented research on sustainability and climate change.

Meredith Delich has participated in the Stanford LEAD Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a certificate. Meredith also holds a BA with Distinction in Environment, Economics, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College. In addition, they have completed the Product Management Program at UC Berkeley Executive Education and the Enterprise, Innovation & Circular Economy Executive Education Course at the University of Bradford School of Management, earning certifications in both.
