Maxwell Salit

Maxwell Salit has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations, consulting, and leadership roles. Maxwell currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Sunshine Enclosures since May 2023, where they previously served as the Assistant Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives from March 2022. Prior to that, Maxwell worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting from January 2021 to March 2022. Maxwell also held various positions in NU Ski Trip, including President from January 2019 to July 2021. In addition, they worked as a Human Capital Summer Scholar at Deloitte Consulting in June 2019, and as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Sovereign Brands in April 2019. Maxwell's earlier experiences include being an Analyst at the Institute For Student Business Education (ISBE) from October 2016 to January 2019, a Research Analyst at Zirra from June 2018 to September 2018, a Treasurer at NU Ski Trip from March 2017 to March 2018, and a Director Of Philanthropy at Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity from January 2017 to March 2018. Maxwell started their career as a Campus Representative at Campus Agency in September 2017, where they worked until January 2018.

Maxwell Salit completed their high school education at Syosset High School from 2012 to 2016. Maxwell then pursued a degree in Economics with a focus on Learning and Organizational Change (LOC) at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2020.
