Geoff Mazeroff has held a variety of roles in the software engineering and fitness industries. From 2008 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at DAXOR Corporation, a Software Engineer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, a Mathematics Tutor at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring, a Senior Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, and a Group Fitness Instructor at Fort Sanders Health & Fitness Center.
In 2017, they became a Proofreader at Les Mills and in 2019, they joined Lirio as a Process Improvement Director and Agile Coaching Director. In their roles, they have facilitated weekly team member 1:1s, reviewed and approved timesheets, performed onboarding tasks for new team members, reviewed pull requests and performed code reviews, documented process and procedures for software engineering, and partnered with individuals and executives to learn new skills related to Agile.
Currently, they are a Software Engineering Manager at RegScale, where they are responsible for team management, engineering management, and light coding.
Geoff Mazeroff obtained their M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2008, and their BS and BA in Computer Science and Music from Furman University in 2001.
