David Birchall

David Birchall is Director of People and Culture.

David is a HR professional with over 25 years operational and Human Resource experience across a number of industries and sectors. In his most recent roles, David has supported organisations in the logistics and transport sector to develop their HR functions and approach. He was HR Director at Transdev, the Luas operator until May of this year. Previously he has led the HR functions in Wyeth Nutritional / Nestle and DHL Supply Chain during periods of change and transformation.

He is experienced in labour intensive, people focused, client facing operations. David has a strong understanding of the voluntary and health sector.
