Kerry Byrne mac Carthy

Kerry Byrne Mac Carthy currently serves as the Group Head of HR & Performance at Rehab Group since February 2016, overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, shared services, and performance analytics. In this role, Kerry functions as Chief of Staff, contributing to the charity's mission of empowering individuals with disabilities or disadvantages through workforce inclusion and personal development. Prior to this, Kerry held various positions, including Talent Management Consultant and talent acquisition roles at Cisco Systems, leading EMEA recruitment efforts. Additional experience includes serving as Country Managing Director at ElanIT and Account Manager at COMPUTER PEOPLE LIMITED, along with a background in marketing and public relations at The Gaiety Theatre.
