Saioa Elosua

Saioa Elosua is a seasoned professional in human services with extensive experience in managing and supporting programs for individuals with diverse needs. Currently serving as the Residential Services Manager at Rehab Group since September 2008, Saioa oversees a high support residential service for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Previous roles include Programmes Supervisor in various capacities, focusing on supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges, as well as leading a high support day service for young adults with complex needs. Saioa has also contributed as a tutor in childcare and special needs assistance, alongside coordinating programs for preschools catering to children with language delays. Educational qualifications include a Higher Certificate in Applied Management from Open Training College, a Master’s degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, and degrees in Psychology and Psychopedagogy from Universidad del País Vasco.
