Heather Morecraft is the Director of Customer Experience at Rehab Medical. Heather has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and management.
Heather began their career in customer service at Mike Ying State Farm in 2006. Heather was responsible for sales and service of all insurance lines of business. In 2011, they transitioned to Health Alliance Medical Plans where they managed customer service call centers in Illinois, Washington, and Indiana. Heather was responsible for provisioning and managing 20+ call center queues and the reporting for these call centers daily, weekly, and monthly. Additionally, Heather managed 12+ direct reports with 20+ indirect reports at any given time.
In their current role as Director of Customer Experience at Rehab Medical, Heather is responsible for overseeing the customer experience team and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company. Heather is passionate about providing excellent customer service and strives to create a positive and enjoyable customer experience for all.
Heather Morecraft has a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from DeVry University.
