Jennifer Landers

Jennifer Landers, PMP, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and project management. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Director of Insurance at Rehab Medical, overseeing healthcare operations since June 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Roche from 1996 to 2021, including Communications & Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing the rollout of an internal sales coaching software, and Operations Training Manager, where a team of over 200 nurse trainers was led. Additional roles at Roche included Sales Operations Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Learning & Continuous Improvement Supervisor, and Human Resource Training Consultant. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Information Technology Consultant at MarchFirst and various IT roles at Roche. Jennifer holds an MBA in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication from Indiana University Bloomington.
