Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is the current Director of Compliance at Rehab Medical. Michael has also worked as the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Director at Indiana University Health & Indiana University Health Physician Groups from January 2011 to July 2020. There, they were responsible for providing leadership to implement, administer and manage the IU Health Physicians and the IU Health Accountable Care Organization (ACO) compliance programs. This included ensuring that the charges of the Boards of Directors were fully implemented, function as compliance and privacy advisor to the CEO and as a resource for other senior managers, building and maintaining positive relationships with the Board of Directors, Executive Team and external sources, delivering presentations to the CEO and Board of Directors to convey information about compliance activities, trends and corrective action, maintaining ultimate accountability for each of the Compliance Program elements, representing IU Health Physicians and the IU Health ACO on compliance issues to external parties, partnering with the Executive Team to develop and implement education and training and to promote awareness to every employee, developing policies and procedures for implementing and operating the compliance program, overseeing the development of audit, monitoring, assessment tools and the evaluation process, and managing the coordination of internal audits and investigations.

Michael Jackson attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they earned a MA/MS in International Relations/ Business Management and Finance.

They are on a team with Travis Bonnell - Chief Strategy Officer, Jason Graff - Controller, and Ryan Weinrich - Director of Field Operations. Michael Jackson reports to Patrick McGinley, Chief Executive Officer.
