Jennifer, a South Dakota native, started with RehabVisions in 1994 and has overseen SNFs since 2007. In her current role as Director of Operations - Senior Living, she oversees the skilled nursing division as well as ILFs and ALFs. She likes working with the company because it’s ever-evolving and “not so big that your voice isn’t heard.” Jennifer is responsible for staff training and management of skilled nursing facility contracts. Her goal is to have therapy teams that are passionate about their jobs and bring energy and creativity to the rehab department.
