Scott Swartz

Scott Swartz is an experienced tooling manager with a robust background in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Tooling Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company since July 2018, Scott previously held positions such as Tool Room Lead at Dynacast International, where responsibilities included spearheading a 5S Workplace Improvement initiative and participating in a Key Accounts Team. At Cast Products, Inc., Scott led the implementation of a 5S quality and efficiency improvement system while optimizing tool repair processes. As President of Bullesye Tool and Mold, Inc. from 1994 to 2010, Scott successfully developed a skilled team to design and build plastic injection molds for various industries, including automotive and medical. Scott holds a certification in Moldmaking from the Tool & Die Institute, earned between 1982 and 1985.
