Stephen Chang

Stephen Chang is an experienced financial consultant currently serving as a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at Rehrig Pacific Company since September 2025. Previously, from January 2021 to March 2025, Stephen held the position of Systems Optimization & Process Improvement Consultant at the same company, focusing on optimizing financial systems and integrating JD Edwards ERP. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Financial Systems and Planning at BH Cosmetics, where operational analysis and the transition to Adaptive Planning were led. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, Stephen managed a product portfolio that significantly contributed to divisional profit.
