Bailey Richardson

Bailey Richardson currently serves as the Director of Operations at REI BlackBook, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Bailey accumulated extensive experience at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, advancing through various positions from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Supervisor, and ultimately to Customer Service Manager over a six-year period from April 2018 to March 2024. Bailey holds a degree in Business Management from Capella University.
