Ricardo Axel Silva

Ricardo Axel Silva has a diverse work experience. Ricardo Axel currently works as an Advisory and Contracts Lawyer at Rei do Pitaco, which they started in December 2021. Additionally, they are a member of the OAB/DF, serving as a member of the Commission on Digital Law, Disruptive Technologies, and Startups, as well as a member of the Commission on Game Law, both starting in January 2022. Ricardo is also a member of ANPPD® - National Association of Data Privacy Professionals and ANADD - National Association of Digital Law Advocates, starting in November 2021.

In their previous work experience, Ricardo served in the Brazilian Army from 2013 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles, including Commander of Contingent, responsible for leading a team of 100 military and civilian collaborators to provide 4,000 meals per day at the Army Headquarters. Ricardo Axel was also responsible for evaluating and applying disciplinary sanctions to military personnel. Ricardo also served as an Investigator and Officer of Administrative Processes, Officer of Information Technology, Contract Inspector, Chief of Depots of Genes and Materials, and Deputy of the Section of Acquisitions, Bids, and Contracts, where they participated in the management of contracts and the acquisition of goods and services for the Army Headquarters.

In 2019, Ricardo worked as an intern at the Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região, specifically in the Small Claims Court, where they focused on civil cases, providing assistance to individuals, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case management.
