John Druitt

John Druitt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John currently works as an Independent Consultant, having started their self-employment in September 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director at REI Systems since September 2013.

Before REI Systems, John worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2002 to August 2013 as a Principal, leading a team of over 90 consulting staff. John provided services across various federal civil agencies, including DHS and FEMA, focusing on IT PMO, application development, BPMS implementation, and case management.

From June 1999 to December 2001, they worked at Commerce One/Appnet as the General Manager and Practice Manager. In their roles, they provided strategic direction, leadership, and business direction, generating significant revenue.

Prior to that, John worked at AMS as a Principal from 1996 to 1999, where they managed a financial data warehouse project for the FDIC. John was also involved in various project management roles.

Another notable role in their work history was at the American Association of Dental Schools, where they served as the PASS Director from July 1990 to July 1994. During this time, they created and led a centralized system for postdoctoral dental school applications, processing a large volume of applications annually.

John Druitt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, attending from 1984 to 1988. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations and IT at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing their studies from 1994 to 1996.
