Becka Hardy

Becka Hardy has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Labor Relations at REI since July 2015. With a strong background in consulting and advising executives across diverse divisions including Merchandising and Finance, Becka oversees the support of approximately 720 employees and has been involved in strategic partnerships, particularly within the Co-op Brands HR sector for the Asia office. Prior to REI, Becka held meaningful HR roles at Providence Health & Services, the University of Washington, Safeco Insurance, and Allegis Group, combining operational expertise with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Becka holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration and Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Gonzaga University.
