Clay Walton-House serves as the Vice President of Member & Customer Growth at Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) since September 2021, leading initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and outdoor experiences. Prior experience includes roles at PK, where Walton-House held several senior positions, including Divisional Vice President and Senior Vice President of Integrated Loyalty Solutions, prior to its rebranding to Concentrix Catalyst. Previously, Walton-House was the Head of Consumer Strategy Services at Lenati, a consultancy known for innovative customer experiences, and held various positions at Hitachi Consulting focusing on customer and channel practices. Early career highlights include serving as Director of Group Sales & Marketing for the Seattle Sounders FC, contributing to organizational growth in a competitive sports environment. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration and Business Management from Seattle University and training at KEDGE Business School.
