Jennifer Kobus is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as DVP of Global Supply Chain at REI since April 2025, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Planning & Operations at Ulta Beauty, overseeing various functions including Supplier Operations, S&OP, and inventory optimization. Jennifer's expertise includes roles such as Vice President of Transportation & Logistics and Senior Director of Transportation at Ulta Beauty, as well as Director of Logistics & 3PL Operations at Batory Foods Inc., and Director of Logistics & Distribution at UCI-FRAM AutoBrands. Jennifer began a career in logistics and distribution at Dean Foods, focusing on refrigerated transportation and vendor compliance.
