Laura Ledoux

Laura LeDoux is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at REI since December 2020. Previously, Laura held multiple leadership roles at Alaska Airlines from April 2003 to October 2020, including Director of Business Analytics, External Relations, where responsibilities included serving as the Chief of Staff and primary analytical partner for various divisions, driving strategic financial goals, and overseeing initiatives such as the Alaska Airlines Foundation strategy and the Week of LIFT employee volunteerism campaign. Laura also led the Divisional Financial Planning & Analysis team, managing budgeting strategies and performance reviews, and held earlier positions in fuel and mileage plan accounting. Laura's career began at Deloitte as an Audit Associate after earning a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
